Andrea brings nearly a decade of experience across home furnishings and new construction, with a perspective shaped by both creativity and architectural training. She has a strong ability to translate the way clients live into thoughtful, highly personal interiors — guiding projects with clarity, responsiveness, and a steady eye for detail.

A graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Andrea approaches her work with equal attention to atmosphere and precision. From spatial planning to technical detailing, she helps shape homes that feel cohesive, functional, and effortless to move through.

Outside the studio, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and close friends.

Kelly brings a strong background in design/build firms and a deep familiarity with the construction process, shaped through work with award-winning studios in the Twin Cities following her BFA in Interior Design. Her experience allows her to move fluidly between creative vision and the practical coordination required to bring a project together thoughtfully.

She sees home design as a deeply personal process, and is especially drawn to the problem solving that happens along the way. Clear, approachable, and highly organized, Kelly helps clients navigate complex decisions with confidence and ease while keeping the overall vision firmly intact.

Outside the studio, Kelly enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time at her family’s lake home.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Applied Science and Technology in Interior Design from Illinois State University, bringing a thoughtful perspective and strong visual sensitivity to the studio. Drawn to clean, balanced interiors with subtle depth, she gravitates toward neutral palettes layered with texture, pattern, and carefully placed moments of color.

Influenced by both nature and a wide range of design styles, Rachel approaches each space with an eye for cohesion and quiet refinement.

Outside the studio, her creativity continues through watercolor painting, live music, and time at the gym.

Sophie’s path into design began at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and has since been shaped through a range of creative experiences — from assisting with archival work for a Frank Lloyd Wright historian to contributing to the design of high-end homes in Arizona. Her background brings a thoughtful blend of artistic perspective and architectural appreciation to the studio.

She believes a home should support wellbeing in a way that feels intuitive and natural to daily life. With a strong sensitivity to function and flow, Sophie enjoys shaping spaces that feel both purposeful and deeply personal.

Outside the studio, she keeps her creativity in motion through music, guitar, craft projects, and the occasional redesign of her own home.

Long before joining Dawn Reeves Design, Maureen was drawn to the details that shape how a home feels — constantly repainting rooms, rearranging furniture, and developing an early appreciation for thoughtful living environments. After graduating from the University of Illinois, she brought that interest into the remodeling industry, building hands-on experience within residential renovation.

As Project Manager, Maureen brings consistency, organization, and a calm presence to the many moving parts behind each project. From coordinating orders and installations to navigating the unexpected along the way, she helps create a process that feels clear, steady, and well supported for both clients and the design team.

Outside the studio, Maureen enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Chris brings steady organization and a broad range of experience to his role as Business Manager, combining clear communication with a strong understanding of operations, bookkeeping, and financial oversight. His background as a self-starter supports the structured, detail-oriented systems that keep the studio running smoothly.

Behind the scenes, Chris helps maintain the day-to-day operational clarity that allows the design team to focus fully on client work and project development. His role is essential in ensuring the business functions with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Outside the studio, Chris stays active through DIY home projects, time at his kids’ games, and the occasional yoga class.
