Having worked on many new construction and renovation projects, we understand the importance of the project timeline and of respecting the client’s budget. Additionally, we understand that design concepts are only useful to the extent that we can clearly and concisely communicate them to the client, the builder, and the trades.
With that in mind, our approach to every new construction project is guided by the following:

Build presentations and design boards as necessary to aide in the decision making process.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the architect, builder, and vendors to create construction documents, drawings, and a realistic budget that meets the clients expectations.
Multiple relationships with suppliers across categories and price spectrum can be called upon where necessary.
Systematic Approach:
Project management system for selections approval, procurement, and order tracking.
Dedicated lead designer and junior designer/ project manager to each project.
